Shipping & Return
All orders should be shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmed. Our warehouse will process your order through our quality control department. Your order will be packed in secure and proper packaging. Then we will tell you the tracking number through email.
Normally the shipping time is 7~12 days, to the USA, 9~10 days. Generally 3 days later the tracking number will show up on the USPS after packages be sent, the tracking website is https://www.usps.com/ and http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp. If your order is split up into two or more parcels, they may come separately.
We are responsible for every package, so please make sure that you enter the right shipping address, we would not be responsible for the wrong shipping address.
If you receive the damaged carton or incorect carton, please contact us immdeiately. After we receive your return, we will reship your order or refund your money.
